In a dream, I was taken to a “church” to witness a meeting. I saw one of the church leaders rallying and persuading the people to a certain point of view. This leader was emphatically telling the people that the false translations of the Bible were actually correct and that through these false scriptures, Christian people should persecute Jews and Christians with Jewish heritage. He was aggressively speaking horrendous words inciting the people to want to kill them and trying to make the group believe that what he said was godly. What was shocking was that the people believed him and rallied around him with fervor, and hate and the group started to sound like Nazi propaganda from times past. I was astounded that so many would believe this and follow such a terrible, heretic full of evil, who would spout such murderous things. The people had no foundations in the faith, didn’t know the character of God and simply believed whatever they heard.
The next group of people saw what was happening and left the Church and went outside to separate themselves from the violence and filthy speaking of the first group. I saw in the dream that many divisions are going to come into the Church and that hatreds that we have thought were long past will come back up again, but this time with much more aggression from those that think they are believers, but clearly are not.
We need to pray for the dividing line that is coming in the Church. It will separate the true from the false. We need to pray for the protection of all believers during times of persecution and stay grounded in the Word and love of God. We also need to pray for the Jews to know the Lord and for the persecution of the Jewish Believers.
John 16:1-4
“These things have I spoken unto you, that ye should not be offended. They shall put you out of the synagogues: yea, the time cometh, that whosoever killeth you will think that he doeth God service. And these things will they do unto you, because they have not known the Father, nor me. But these things have I told you, that when the time shall come, ye may remember that I told you of them. And these things I said not unto you at the beginning, because I was with you.”
1 John 2:19
They went out from us, but they were not of us; for if they had been of us, they would no doubt have continued with us: but they went out, that they might be made manifest that they were not all of us.
