BELIEFS

WE BELIEVE:

• Jesus is the Way, the Truth and the Life. No one comes to the Father except through Him. That the only way to eternal salvation is through the saving power of Jesus. (John 14:6 KJV)
• Jesus Christ was begotten by the Holy Spirit, born of the virgin Mary. (Matt 1:18-23 KJV)
• Only in Jesus and through Him, is found perfect love, joy, peace, truth and Holiness. (John 14:6, 1 Peter 1:13-16 KJV)
•  God the Father, the Son (Jesus, the Word) and the Holy Spirit are One. There is only one God and these are the three forms that the Godhead reveals Himself to us in. (John 1:1-14, Colossians 2:9, 1 John 5:7 KJV)
• The Holy Bible (Old and New Testament) in its original writings, is the inspired Word of God written by His prophets and apostles. The Holy Bible is the infallible, irrefutable Word of God. (2 Timothy 3:16-17,  Psalms. 119:160, Romans 3:3-4  KJV)
• You must be Born Again: In order to be saved you must be born again through repentance and belief on the Lord Jesus Christ. When someone is born again they receive the indwelling of the Holy Spirit. (John 3:3-5, 14-19, Acts 2:38-39, Romans 10:8-10 KJV)
• Once saved is NOT always saved: Scripture is extremely clear, you must continue in the Faith, living for the Lord in obedience until the end or you will lose your salvation! One of the most dangerous false doctrines that will send the most people to the Hell, is the false Hyper-grace /once saved always saved message. (Hebrews 5:9, 10:26-31, Acts 5:32, Romans 11:18-22, Matthew 6:14-15, Matthew 7:17-23 KJV)
• Water Baptism by full immersion: Right after someone is born again, they need to be water baptized into Jesus Christ. In the New Testament, immediately after someone became a born again Christian, they got water baptized. There is a spiritual transformation that takes place at water baptism where the old nature gets cut off. Salvation starts when we repent and put our faith and belief on the Lord Jesus Christ. This is when we get born again and receive a new nature through the gift of the Holy Spirit, but the old sin nature still has to be dealt with and die. It has to be buried at water baptism, so that it will not interfere with and affect our new life in Christ. At the water baptism, there is a cutting off of the old nature. Until the old nature is removed, it’s like carrying around a dead body on our back. If you try to run, it will slow you down, not only that, it will rot your new life in Christ. At baptism there is a deliverance from the old nature, where the bondages, the grips of the enemy and unclean spirits are cut off. If you don’t get water baptized, you will continue in a cycle of sinful additions and not be capable of breaking free. (Acts, 8:36-38, 16:30-34, Romans 6:3-6, Matt. 28:20 KJV)
• Baptism of the Holy Spirit and Fire: In order to walk on a deeper level with the Lord and be a more effective witness for Him, we need the infilling of the Holy Spirit. When we are filled/baptized with the Holy Spirit then we will be able to operate effectively with authority in His Miraculous power! (Matthew 3:11, Luke 24:46-49, Acts 1:3-5, 1:8, 2:1-4, 19:1-6, 19:5-6 KJV)
• Five fold ministry: The Biblical Church positions of authority and service of: apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors and teachers as described in Ephesians 4:11-13 KJV. The Church today still needs all five functioning along with other areas of Church leadership in order to train and equip the Body of Christ into maturity. With out the five fold ministry, we as the Church can not properly obey the Great commission.
• The Great Commission: The Lord Jesus Christ commissioned the Church to go out into the world and share the Gospel to ends of the earth. (Matthew 28:19-20, Mark 16:15-20 KJV). We are not to keep the truth to ourselves, we are all to go share and be effective witnesses for Jesus.
• The resurrection of the dead: (John 11:25, 1 Corinthians 15:13-17, Revelation 20:5-6, Romans 8:11 Matthew 27:52-53 KJV)
• Eternal Judgement: There is a literal eternal life in Heaven for all those who truly live for and obey the Lord Jesus! There is also a literal eternal death in the Lake of Fire for satan and all those who reject and disobey Christ. The Word of God is very clear, the devil along with all the fallen angels, the beast, and the false prophet will spend eternity in the Lake of Fire. There is no repentance or salvation available for them, it will be forever! Along with the devil, the beast and the false prophet in the eternal Lake of Fire for all eternity, will also be all the souls of people who die in their sins. (2 Corinthians 5:10-11, Revelation 20:5-6, 10-15, 21:7-8)
